The Role

Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

Burleson, TX Full-Time Standard Business Hours

$18 - $20/hr

Based on experience and performance. New hires may start at a training rate with an increase after 30-60 days.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Lead intake and basic service requests
Process certificates of insurance and ID card requests
Manage system tasks and updates
Handle mail and document processing
Support new applications and finance-related calls

What We Are Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organization
Good communication skills, both phone and written
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No prior insurance experience required. We will train the right person.
